Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy To provide the best experience for all clients, session dates are reserved in advance and are limited. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your session fee. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted and must be used within 30 days of the original session date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the retainer and may require a new booking fee to secure a future session. In the event of illness, emergency, or severe weather, please reach out as soon as possible—flexibility will be offered when circumstances allow. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
